Purpose of Meeting
We are going to go over team work strategies for the individuals to improve their skills. I will use a flip chart and my laptop. We will have discussions about these techniques amongst the group. We are Organizers for the Ironworkers and we use these strategies to help us in talking to workers and our daily work routine. Improving our individual performance only enhances our team productivity. We have a relatively new team and we train monthly.
