Young children, accompanied by an adult, are introduced to simple stories, fingerplays, and activities. The spring session of Parents and Tots begins Wednesday, February 22 and runs through Wednesday, March 29.

Certified yoga instructor Grace Rogers will lead participants in breathing exercises, simple physical postures with some flowing in between, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
