WIN Learning was designed for adults who are seeking online, self-paced learning resources designed to promote professional skill development. Participants who wish to learn at Paul Sawyier Public Library must be Kentucky residents. Please be aware that final assessments are proctored and must be completed in person at the Paul Sawyier Public Library.

Upon completing the courseware and passing the posttest for a module, you will receive an e-badge. After obtaining e-badges for every module, you will earn a certificate of completion for that course. Once a certificate of completion is earned, you are eligible for the final, proctored assessment to earn the credential badge and certificate for that course. To access your e-badges, certificates, and credentials, select the following link and enter your email address. You will receive a series of emails containing links to each of your awarded badges and certificates.
