If reading about real-life misdeeds is your idea of a good time, join us for a bi-monthly discussion group all about true crime.
In July, we will discuss People Who Eat Darkness by Richard Lloyd Parry, the true story of a young woman who disappeared in Tokyo, potentially kidnapped and killed in the process. This book offers an in-depth look into the case as well as a look at the man accused of killing her, providing a frightening but gripping look at life in Japan, misogyny, and the media.
If you have questions or wish to join the discussion, please contact Cindy Butor at cindy.butor@pspl.org. All are welcome!
